60 ml vodka (Tito's or Smirnoff work well)

15 ml fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)

120-180 ml Bundaberg Ginger Beer (Queensland's finest!)

Ice cubes

Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

Fill a copper mug (or highball glass) with ice cubes

Pour in the vodka and fresh lime juice

Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer, filling to near the top

Give it one gentle stir to mix

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim

Serve immediately while ice cold
